Our vinification

We practice manual harvesting for all our plots which are exclusively planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

In the winery, we are very non-interventionist. In fact, we consider it our role to let the terroir reveal itself in each cuvée in order to produce expressive, complex wines with their own personalities.

This philosophy is also respected during the ageing of the wines in their barrels. Hence, the use of new barrels is intentionally limited to 25% in order to let the terroir reveal itself before anything else.
Our goal is to produce wines which are worth sharing and enjoying alongside warm companions and good company.
